I am giving a one star not because I don’t like this app I do I really do however I put a decent amount of money in here so when I won $300 the first time I had ZERO problems withdrawing to my PayPal, then I won a few times and went to withdraw and they made me connect my bank account only to tell me 3x now it’s been denied which makes no since I spoke w my bank it isn’t them. Also how is PayPal down but you are able to load add money from pay pal but you can’t put my redemption back in my pay pal. When I reached out to customer service they were of zero help it was like they couldn’t understand me then stopped responding. This is NOT EXPECTABLE if you can take my money to add to play ur games then you very well better do what you can to help me get my winnings. If I am helped properly then I will change my review.

This was my favorite slot app, and I was able to win decent money on it, but all of the slots I used to play now have a minimum bet of $1.50, where it used to be $.10-$.30, super disappointing. I’m not going to add money just to get less than one spin per dollar.
