About

Turn your phone into a film room: import your game film, freeze any play, and let the AI read the frame for you. Coaches, coordinators and players use TacticalSnap to break down the film, draw it up and send the clip in minutes. JUMP PLAY TO PLAY Import a game from your camera roll and TacticalSnap watches it for you: the whole film scanned on your device, every play on the timeline — snaps in green, big plays in purple. The scan reads the game the way you do — a still, set look, then everybody moving at once — and listens for the whistle to know the play is dead. Tap a marker and the video lands two seconds early, so you see the alignment first. Skip play to play with one button, follow the white scene-cut lines to the top of a drive, pinch the filmstrip to 10x, roll it back at 0.25x. FREEZE ANY PLAY Pause and tap Scan. One tap finds every player on the field and splits both sides into team colors. It looks for helmets, not bodies: when a pile stacks up the bodies merge into one shape, but helmets stay separate, so nobody gets lost. Each player's last seconds of movement land on the frame. Put a man on the wrong side and one chip fixes it, back-filled onto every marker. Step a frame at a time. ISOLATE ONE PLAYER • Tap any player to pick him out of the pile and keep him marked • Long-press for his menu — team, move, clone, remove • Spotlight dims the whole field and leaves one man lit • Ghost clones drop a copy where the block, the route or the coverage should have been, on a dashed line back to his real spot SEE WHAT THE COACH SEES • Trails — the last seconds of every player's movement, on one frame • Vision cones — the direction a man was actually headed • Pressure counts — how many bodies each side has around the play, so a 3v2 shows as a badge • Team chains — link a level and watch it stretch or hold • Magnifier — pull detail out of a wide sideline shot DRAW IT UP Twelve tools on the frozen frame: arrows, routes, zones, circles, lines, freehand, text notes, player links, laser pointer and spotlight. Draw the route he ran, the one he should have run, then circle the blown assignment. TOP-DOWN GRIDIRON BOARD Flip the frame into a 2D board built from the real positions on a full gridiron — hash marks, both end zones, the stripes every ten and a heavy 50. Drag a player where he should have been and his real spot stays as a ghost on a dashed line. Or open the blank board for a clean install, ink it with Apple Pencil and export a 1920px PNG to the group chat. On iPad, keep each step as a play frame and walk the install through. THE GAME IN NUMBERS Match Report counts every play the scan found, lays the rhythm of the game out as bars and calls the busiest stretch, the longest break and the average time between plays. Key moments list the big ones, and every row taps to that second. COMPARE TWO MOMENTS Put this week beside last week and play both at the same second — any project or saved clip — then draw across the pair. RECORD AND SEND IT Hit Rec on a frozen frame and talk while you draw: your voice, every mark, the spotlight and the board bake into one clip. Line the clips into a reel, add music, pick 16:9 for the film session or 9:16 for the group chat, then share. WHO IT'S FOR Head coaches and coordinators, position coaches, youth, flag and rec programs, players studying their own reps, parents in the bleachers. Any footage works — a phone from the stands, an end-zone tripod or a recorded broadcast. iPad, Apple Pencil, keyboard shortcuts and voice commands supported. NO ACCOUNT, NO CLOUD Every bit of it runs offline on your device. Your game film never leaves your phone and there is nothing to sign up for. FREE VS PRO Every breakdown tool is free: scanning, freezing, layers, drawing, both boards, the report and recording. Watch a short ad for one watermarked export a day, or go Pro for unlimited watermark-free exports and no ads. terms: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
