Poor customer service disappointing app experience
I purchased the full version of Nemo because I genuinely enjoyed the app and found it to be an excellent language-learning tool. Unfortunately, after reinstalling the app, I have been unable to restore my purchase despite following all of the recommended troubleshooting steps.
I contacted Nemo support multiple times but never received a meaningful response or a resolution. Apple directed me back to the developer, while the developer has remained unresponsive. As a paying customer, this has been extremely frustrating.
The app itself is well designed and has great potential, but customer support and purchase restoration are just as important as the software. If you are considering making an in-app purchase, be aware that you may have difficulty recovering it if something goes wrong.
I sincerely hope the developers improve their customer support and implement a more reliable purchase restoration process, because the app deserves better than the experience I had.

i have a filipino family who speaks tagalog. I can understand most but still need to find more basic words to help grow my understanding and vocabulary on the language. This app has a wide variety of words that help me understand more easily. highly recommend 10/10 cool :)

Ok so it a very good app for to learn basic Tagalog. I’m Filipina but I never rlly got into learning the language so I wanted to. I downloaded this app and I love it so much!! … But you can only learn a certain amount of words unless ur willing to buy tha upgrade. I’m just a kid so i know my mom doesn’t want to buy the upgrade.but if u might wanna buy it it’s like 12 dollars. I don’t fully remember the price tho. Das it! Bye!

I’m half Filipino, from my dad’s side, but I haven’t seen him in years. Fortunately, this app helped me become a lot more fluent in Tagalog and helps bring back memories of when I was younger and with my dad. This app is a great language learning tool, and I would definitely recommend it for anyone who is interested in learning a new language. Especially the Filipino Americans who don’t speak Tagalog! Even if you’re not Filipino, this app is fun and amazing either way! <3
