My smart watch for tagg viv ultra is connecting but not syncing plz fix this bug

Won’t auto synchronise with app every time watch keeps blinking everyday mrng we have to sync watch else it starts step count from last night step count
And finally this watch and app can be successful only if good and necessary action would be taken
