From last month all the Marv Neo watches I have is not connecting with the app. In search no device is showing. Very Bad experience with tagg watches and this app specially

Not getting pair with my iPhone

Earlier it was working fine , but from last 2-3 months is not getting paired with my iPhone. Pairing continues but not connect. Even I wait for hours but no response. Completely waste of money.

Data to Apple Health & buggy watch

The watch doesn’t correctly reflect the steps data to Apple health. For example today I completed 6000+ steps however apple health shows a very low number. So I went and looked at the data from TAGG NEO - and the data sent by the app is just 800 steps.
Also there is some bug the watch stops counting steps after 10 PM every night.
