This app/platform is top tier!!
The course I purchased does not appear in it!! 😡🤬 this app is a total scam!!
I am an iPad user and used the web to access the course I purchased. But now the website forced me to download this app ‘Tagmango’ and after registering in it with the same details that I entered while using web version, the course didn’t appear in the course section…

Absolutely the worst app I ever TRIED to use
This is the most frustrating app I’ve ever tried to use. I should’ve seen by the lack of reviews that this would be a major red flag. I wasted hours of my life trying to talk to a customer service chatbot on here that literally ran me around for hours when I came across an issue. They would email me as if they were going to address the issues I was dealing with and when responding, would bring me back to the chatbot to waste my time again. Be very leery about giving this app any of your information since you can’t reach a real person, there’s no way to know how they’re using the information that you provide.

Can you automatically translate on the chat screen, etc.?

My problem has been resolved within few hours of putting up the query. The best part is that the mails are replied within minutes. There call assistance service was helpful and Kashish from Tagmango was really helpful in solving my query. Thankyou for all your help
