About

Taherenu is a simple, private Hebrew-calendar tracker to record cycle onset, abstain times (after sunrise/sunset), and quick notes—no account, no ads, and no cloud. HIGHLIGHTS • Hebrew months: Scroll a clean, column-style view of past and future months (powered by Hebcal). • One-tap logging: Mark “Cycle onset” or “Abstain” after sunrise or sunset; add an optional note. • Monthly interval: Enter the number of days between the previous onset and this month’s onset. • Compact summary: Review recent months at a glance with pill-style icons. • Completely offline: Your data is stored only on your device (AsyncStorage). • Thoughtful design: Sticky month headers, number-pad tips, and accessible controls. HOW IT WORKS 1) Tap any day in a month to open the day sheet. 2) Choose “Cycle onset” or “Abstain” (after sunrise/sunset), or write a note. 3) On the “Interval” row above the calendar, enter the monthly gap (days) between onsets. 4) Tap the summary button to see a tidy, recent-months summary. PRIVACY • No sign-in. No analytics. No tracking. • We do not upload, collect, or share any personal data. • Deleting the app deletes your data. NOTES • Month names follow the Hebrew calendar via Hebcal. • Taherenu is a personal-record tool and does not provide medical, legal, or rabbinic guidance.
