Fast and fresh
While they can be busy being so popular, their mobile system makes ordering a breeze and the rewards are a nice bonus. 9 out of 10 times they’ll get my order perfect, and that 1 out of 10th time it’s a tad off, they always fix it without hesitation so I don’t sweat it with this place.
A Downgrade, Not an Upgrade
In the original app, they used a rewards system with a QR code. Now I have to link my credit card so they can see all my purchases. In my entire life, never have I had to link a card to get rewards for a store. That is way too invasive; the old system worked fine.
When looking at options, the delivery page glitched out and wouldn’t let me leave the page until I put my address in.
Your rewards do NOT transfer over. You do NOT get to use your points whenever. And, even if your purchase is $5 and you use your Rewards of $10, you will lose the extra $5.
It’s like Tai Chi got greedy and decided paying $15 for ramen wasn’t enough. What a shame. The old app was a little buggy but I never complained. I am complaining now, and will be unlikely to visit once the new app is the only option.

App isn’t good
I can’t access my rewards and keep having trouble signing in!
No Nutritional Facts
This restaurant is absolutely AMAZING, however I am one that counts calories throughout the day since I’m in the gym often, and I can’t seem to find any “Nutrition Facts” labels or anything that counts Macro’s.
Limited App
Don’t love the app. Everything’s more expensive than when ordered in store for pickup, and the options are way more limited…only large drinks can be ordered on the app for example.
