annoying bug
can’t open the app sometimes (many times actually) super annoying
from a teacher who has been using this for 3 months
app works okay for basic messaging functions, just an annoying bug that once you begin typing, you cannot scroll the chat or else all that you typed will be gone. the only solution for this would be to type my full message elsewhere then copypste it in the app… which is annoying because it often has formatting issues too - a text with many lines on the computer could look all smushed together condensed when i look at the message from the mobile app…… please fix this Taidii
additionally, would be great if i can preview a message in the lockscreen/ in the app without opening the chat itself so that the message would not be marked as “read” to the parent. this would be especially helpful because us teachers tend to have to read messages outside working hours to catch up on work, but at the same time prefer to not reply to parents outside working hours to set clear boundaries

Recall message
I have difficulty to recall a message in the app.
big disappointment.
app always goes blank each it was refreshed or when trying to scroll up (in messaging tab). user interface has zero aesthetics and zero intuition. unable to view the whole album title. cannot delete items once uploaded. not user friendly at all. the worst teacher app i have ever used.

Impossible to Reset password
Hi, After switching to new phone, I can’t able to reset password as I forget my old password. Tried by email id which is not working and can’t bind Singapore phone number.
