Just downloaded the tail app and filled out my info for the digital version only. Awesome.
Got charged a subscription through Apple. Fine.
Went to app to log in.... what?!?
‘Login not recognized”
Tried another couple of times. Total bust. Tail has my money, I’m stuck with previews. Can someone say “bait and switch”?

Great magazine
I have subscribed for two years and have loved every issue. The company gives great customer support too if you need it.
Update locked me out
I downloaded update and the App will not let me log in. It’s time to cancel my subscription.

Had an issue with the version 7 download. Sent email today, Friday, at around 10/10:15 PM. Had an answer within minutes and issue taken care of in less than 15 minutes. You do not get any better than this. THANK YOU!

Great mag, but crashes on iPad
This started happening a while back. While browsing an awesome issue about saltwater flyfishing, the app will suddenly simply close. Any fix suggestions?
