You should play the lottery if you can get this app to work
Garbage through and through. Almost impossible to actually place an order. Either it will think it’s a fraudulent order or return mystifying error messages. They don’t want our business apparently. And I will abide and go elsewhere.

Didn’t get my birthday reward
We love Taim but on this recent order I had a birthday offer to get a free pita and the offer was good until the end of October but when I went to actually place my order just now and redeem the free pita coupon there was a message saying I couldn’t use it and now the offer is completely gone from my rewards account. So that was very frustrating and disappointing.

Burned Fries
I picked up my order and the fries were burned the falafels were undercooked. Wow this never happened before usually when I order I enjoy the meal as it is now this meal was not very enjoyable. The drink was the only thing that I enjoyed. Hopefully going forward my experience will be better

Food is always good but they aren’t always on time… it’s worth ordering, just set you timer for 5 minutes late!
The log in link does not work
I try to log in and It sends a link to my email and then when i click on the link it sends me back to log in.

I’d just like to pay with Apple Pay and not deal with a lengthy, privacy-hostile sign up system. Seriously, there’s no reason you need my email. Just sell me food.

Hassle to login each time
Taim has great food but it’s such a hassle to order using the app. You can’t login with a password, Apple ID, or Google. Each time you have to go through a procedure that’s the same as if you forgot your password: enter email, go find link in email, use link to order. So prepare for the hassle EACH TIME or just forfeit your rewards.

Coupon did not work
I had a reward for 50% off an entree and the app would not allow me to use it. It was still valid and no matter what I did it would read a “could not validate cart” error. Very disappointed.

some awkward loopholes
Ordering is quite straightforward, namely choosing your item and ingredients and preferences. Great. Rewards are generous and easy to apply.
Oddities:
-Reordering changes the mechanism of your order, i.e. Delivery changes to Pickup. Bad.
-Address 2 is not displayed during order for a saved address, and no obvious way to edit addresses in your account. Confusing for those of us who live in apartment buildings.
-Delivery is via third party with no recourse/contact/followup if things go wrong. I have had a DoorDash driver credited/tipped with a delivery they literally never picked up. I had to call the store to find out what happened and then go pick it up myself—there were no alternatives. Bad.

App not loading
App not loading since recent update. Was working prior with the old versions. Not sure what happened. Have full cellular service and WiFi working
I used the app
Instead of just ordering in store, I went through the trouble of creating an account and ordering through the app with the promise of $5 discount. There was no option for $5 discount at checkout, even though I clicked through there email and instructions only to be scammed. I am hungry and want to go home now, so I paid full price and got scammed. Shame on them definitely.

Payment never works
Without fail, I have received an error message every time I have tried to pay through the app. It’s also annoying that there’s no way to redeem rewards in the app at the ordering kiosks in the store.
