Most annoying dating app ever
Jesus Christ…. This app is the most annoying dating app I have ever experienced… it’s literally constant notifications, unwanted pop ups every time you want to message someone, and not to mention automatically replying and liking people you never wanted to connect with. It’s literally unusable, I deleted it not even after a day of using this app.

A lot of fake people/bots on the app and they say the same thing over and over not worth the download or even the payment
Paywall for actual connections
You have a “daily pick/best for you” option & those are mostly the ones actually worth messaging/interested in… But you don’t put them in your feed without having to pay, in hopes that we pay for a “potential” match. No wonder people put in their bio to connect with them on other apps. You are just a middle man app & I’ve had better luck messaging them on other apps.

Garbage App
Complete garbage app. Doesn’t show the profiles you filter for. Allows creeps from all over the country to message you. Lets creeps auto match you without you liking them. Full of married and poly dudes almost no single dudes. Practically everything behind a pay wall. Garbage notifications spamming my phone. This app didn’t last a day on my phone. Unless you’re into creeps and spam, avoid this app. Wish I could give it zero stars.

Absolutely awful
This app is absolutely terrible. First of all, you’re completely unable to filter by age so half your options are gross old dudes in their 40+. If you come across a profile that happens to have looked at your profile before you have to PAY just to send them a like. The only time you see folks you might actually be half-attracted to is when it’s a “curated” profile which you also have to pay to send likes to. Since you don’t need to match with someone in order to send them messages, your inbox gets filled to the brim with spam from accounts you are not interested in, completely drowning out anyone you might actually be into. And don’t even get me started on the advertising. Half the ads for this app flaunt trans-women like some sort of trophy, clearly pandering to straight male trans-chasers, which is disgusting and dangerous for the trans community. Why the target audience for a queer-dating app is straight men I don’t understand. Every time I reinstall this app I am quickly reminded why I don’t use it. Don’t waste your time with this awful app, unless the dev team put it through some serious reworks.

So usually I like to use an app a little to see if it’s worth paying money for the extras. Well on this app I can’t even get an idea if I like it

Generally a good dating app
Infuriating when I like someone it will automatically send them a “first move.” Without my permission. Or it will automatically match me with someone two or three times my age. This app has good potential but some things about it are just annoying.

The swipes are a scam. They show you the same people multiple times and it counts towards your swipe count.
Then they show you people that are “curated” for you, but you have to pay in order to(swipe right) “like” them, but will go towards your daily count when you’re forced to swipe left because you refuse to pay. It’s just a huge money grab for these devs.

VIOLATING APP. Do not download!!!!
I never review apps, ever. I just had to come on here and warn potential downloaders about how weird and creepy this app is because yes, it’s that bad.
They have this automated AI thing that uses your account to like and messages random strangers, without your consent, on your behalf. And even when you turn it off, it keeps doing it!!! It’s violating.
Even after turning it off, I kept finding that it had matched with and messaged these random old people that were… respectfully… not the best looking people on the planet.
Things like “hey, how are you? :)” and “hi cutie” to people I would NEVER swipe right on in a million years. GROSS.
Deleted it within 24 hours. Traumatizing.

It Likes People For You
If I have any criticisms it is the fact it likes people for you. I’ll get an email saying X person liked you back. Thing is, I didn’t Like them first. They didn’t even come up on my feed. Then when I do check them out they are either way under or way over my age preference and nowhere near where I live. The app will also start a conversation for you without actually seeing if you Liked them first. Granted a couple of people I did find I have been chatting with, but location seems to be a regular issue….

Why AI auto match
App is fine. Great way to meet people and easy to use.
Why did anyone think it was a good idea to add an AI client to match with people for you AND enable it by default. I install the app and have over 100 matches without looking at a single other users profile. It’s overwhelming for me and sets other users up for a negative experience.

IT’S CRAZY COOL!!!
Amazing
I LOVE using this app as a way to waste time. My favorite parts about the app include : being limited to 50 swipes per day, coming across the same people each time I’m on the app. Another great feature is the “best for you” or “curated for you” this is generally someone who is attractive (unlike most of the users on the platform), you have to pay to message them. I’ve even bought a silver subscription and they want me to upgrade it to gold to match with someone that liked me. Great app, seriously. Amazing stuff

Ignores filters and paywalls matches
The app seems to use Ai to learn what types of profiles you’re interested in and then locks access to those users behind expensive paywalls. The lowest paid options I’ve seen are around $44/month or $16/week.
Also frustrating is the app changes my filters automatically and starts showing me people outside the preferences I selected. If I set specific filters, I expect the app to respect them instead of expanding them to increase the number of profiles it can show me.
Between the aggressive paywalls and filters changing without my permission, the experience feels designed around pushing subscriptions instead of respecting how I chose to use the app.
The developers need to figure out a less manipulative way to make money.

Enrolled in terrible AI feature without my consent
Apparently Taimi can enroll you into test features without your consent which you can’t opt out of. The one I was in would like people and send an opening message without my input. But because my relationship type was different than most people, I’d end up having to send a prefacing message and a few people understandably got angry asking why I liked them when I DIDN’T, it was the “test feature” that did. I am hidden my profile and will not be using this app until this is off my account.
