註冊過程卡在相機無法對焦，必須轉成人工認證。建議花些時間做使用者測試，改善整體經驗。

您好，於拍攝證件照片的時候，需保持一段距離進行拍攝，若距離太近會有失焦、反光或超出證件辨識框的情形，造成辨識資料不正確，而無法正確判讀。若後續有相關使用問題，請您幫忙將您的操作畫面錄影並mail至 taipeipass@gov.taipei 以利於我們排除相關問題，提供給您更好的使用體驗。謝謝您 台北通祝您順心愉快

您好， 台北熊好券第二波於12/20上午9時開放民眾在台北通APP意願登記，首日登記人數即近80萬人，已逼近第一波登記的總量(約96萬人)，估計流量是上一波的六倍！針對系統壅塞狀況進行緊急處理，透過分流排隊的模式，讓民眾錯開看到「登記」按鈕的時間，以平衡系統負載。 台北熊好券意願登記自2021年12月20日起至12月30日止皆可登記。只要在截止日前登記完成皆可以參加抽獎。

update method too forceful

Takes 1-2 days to process, manually. Whole purpose of having apps is to reduce manual time. Bureaucracy at its best.
When will the English version be available?
I’ve read an English version will be available by end of 2020. Is that true? If not, then when?
