Rip off
Paid 99 cents for frames and frame parts and it’s just hundreds of pages of the catalog cover. Customer support doesn’t work.
Incomplete catalogs
I just paid and downloaded the 2017 “accessories” catalog and it is incomplete. I wanted to view various pumps starting on page 1182, but the catalog only goes to page 1046. This is a joke.

I bought nearly all the online brochures listed on TBS they are all there but I now can not open them .. The help section is a bit pointless because its written in another language .
