Features and bugs
It’s really nice and I like the features. Adding the progression bar was really nice, I had to rewatch a lot of long clips because it wasn’t a thing before. Something that happens a lot is that when my phone is in landscape and I move it a bit, it comes up of full screen and restarts the video. 👍
Poor video compilations
My son has just finished a full season of MLS Next with tournaments and talent IDs complete. The camera for us was pretty much at every home game but 1. Every road game we had also was recorded. On the app, my son's account shows him as having been in a total of 9 games. You can't find most of the highlights, and while is was a key CM and attacking player, 90% of the highlights saved for him are defensive ones, with the app showing him having had just 1 goal in a year where he scored more than 12 goals. I feel like I was absolutely ripped off and charged for something I did not receive as far as service and highlights are concerned. He also had a bunch of assists that the app doesn't even have recorded as a highlight for him, but just a goal highlight for the scoring player.

Garbage Customer Service
Customer service is that, absolute garbage. It is 3 weeks into trying to figure out a log in issue, and this team refuses to contact timely to help resolve. What a shame, could be a helpful app.
Specifically, the athletes content is not avaible logging I with the same user name and password on different devices.
This issue could be resolved with a toll free number, chat feature or even a timely email exchange. It takes a minimum of 3 days to get a responses
I have never dealt with a technology company so absolutely incompetent to assist with a technology issue

Doesn’t work - lots of bugs
App doesn’t have any of the functionality that the website does. It doesn’t even show the correct player profile videos. Scrap this app and try again Taka.
