Плохое приложение самокаты не едут хотя сделала все правильно едут и через пять секунд останавливаются ничего не работает и приложение тупит несколько раз пыталась все безуспешно

Хотел бы пожаловаться, списали 2000 рублей из -за того что вышел из зоны катания : я самокат не повредил , ничего не нарушил . 2000 рублей почему списывать без моего согласия , каждый день приходит сообщение покупка 2000 рублей вы на этом делаете деньги , где я должен кататься в разрушенном парке ? Я даже не был в курсе что я вышел из зоны как я это пойму , специально ставят 2000 рублей чтобы деньги заработать . Стыдно за вас
