What is the spare tire loaner service?
The spare tire loaner service is an optional monthly charge for Lyte and Pro subscribers, included for Elite subscribers. A technician will bring a loaner spare, install it on your vehicle, and take your flat tire. A $300 hold is placed on your payment method until the loaner is returned.
What vehicles are supported by Take Charge Customer?
Currently, the spare tire loaner service supports Tesla, Lucid, and Ford Mach-E vehicles. The emergency EV charging service is available for electric vehicles.
What is the coverage area for Take Charge Customer?
Services are provided within a specific coverage area. Users need to ensure their location is within this area when requesting assistance or arranging for the return of the loaner tire.
How long do I have to return the loaner tire?
You have 72 hours to get your tire repaired or replaced and notify Take Charge Customer that the loaner wheel/tire is ready for pickup. The pickup must also be within the coverage area.
