I like the app but the only thing I’d wish it had was the option to edit a take 5 report after you’ve completed one. As conditions y homage during the day it isn’t ideal to have to make a completely new one when they should be as easy to update through the day.

Good app with following suggestions
App is easy to use. Would be nice to be able to add people travelling with and ability to email the contents of the form on the day.
No App Support
I have contacted the company through email multiple times without any response. The app works fine i just wish there could be actual support.
Not much use on an iPhone
Doesn’t seem to let you set up an account or email your completed forms. Not much use if it’s just for me to look at
Convenient and helpful!
Having an app for safety issues is so much more convenient than having to fill out forms as we did in the past. It’s all right on your phone, which means people are more likely to actually use it and report issues. Great job!
