What a con
I needed a scooter in Paphos, Cyprus to get home from Lidl so I signed up to the app. They make you pay €10 to start then I unlocked a scooter. The scooter wouldn’t work so I tried to call customer service. There was no answer so I checked the scooter back in having gone nowhere. I’m now locked out of the app supposedly “for fraudulent activity “. The only fraud is for the company taking €10 when they are clearly it able to support any service!

If this isn’t a scam it’s the most incompetent app I’ve ever ‘tried’ to use. It even blocked me for trying to register
Can’t get past registration
You get an error every time you put your phone number in and then it locks you out after 2 attempts…. What a waste of time… it’s no wonder the scooters are all parked in the same places and you never see anyone riding them

Rubbish
Registered and accessed the app, put €20 top up on it for me and my son to use a scooter. All we got was “scooter cannot be accessed in a restricted area”. Really, why are the parked their then?? Went back in an all we get is the screen to input phone number to register and can’t get to my account or money. The email support address is not a proper email either. Complete joke and scam. Don’t use.
