C’est une horreur. Le GPS n’est pas fiable pour reposer les trottinettes. Ce matin, j’ai pris deux trottinettes comme ça m’est déjà arrivé avec mon fils, nous avons scanné, nous avons vérifié la batterie 800 m plus loin, une des trottinettes n’avait plus de batterie. J’ai donc dû la laisser sur un trottoir de côté et la société m’a facturé 20 € de parking. Il m’indique que j’aurais dû vérifier la batterie que j’ai fais lors du départ, je lui réponds que je l’ai vérifié, mais il ne veut rien savoir. Ils ne veulent pas me rembourser les 20 € alors que c’est leur trottinette qui est en défaut

Horrible product - AVOID
This is the worst app I’ve ever used. None of the electric scooters work at all. They show up on the map as fully charged but then fail in a few minutes leaving you stranded in the middle of nowhere. And then you get charged for that!

the scooter stopped unexpectedly while I was riding. I was left in an unfamiliar area and had to find an alternative way to continue my journey. At that moment, my priority was my safety and reaching my destination, not checking the app continuously while standing on the side of the road.
I did not deliberately leave the scooter in an improper location. I left it where the ride ended because there was no suitable parking area nearby and because the scooter had stopped working unexpectedly.
As a customer, I do not believe it is reasonable to be charged €30 in penalties for a situation that resulted from a technical issue and left me stranded.

WARNING car - the pause button in the app is seriously glitchy/ doesn’t work so you will automatically incur the “out of bounds” penalty if you run an errand out of the legitimate car zone. no response from the supposed support team.
