This app doesn’t seem to accept Irish credit cards . Registration still hasn’t worked
What an terrible bike do not recommend
As there is so many places you can’t go and if you try to leave it there it try’s to take £40 not a bike l recommend

More than half of the trunk space was taken up by a large tire rim. We had to put out suitcases on our laps

C’est une horreur. Le GPS n’est pas fiable pour reposer les trottinettes. Ce matin, j’ai pris deux trottinettes comme ça m’est déjà arrivé avec mon fils, nous avons scanné, nous avons vérifié la batterie 800 m plus loin, une des trottinettes n’avait plus de batterie. J’ai donc dû la laisser sur un trottoir de côté et la société m’a facturé 20 € de parking. Il m’indique que j’aurais dû vérifier la batterie que j’ai fais lors du départ, je lui réponds que je l’ai vérifié, mais il ne veut rien savoir. Ils ne veulent pas me rembourser les 20 € alors que c’est leur trottinette qui est en défaut

No customer service
We went to use the ride portion during our vacation to get to an event. Long story short, we missed the event because the app took more than an hour to verify the license. Would not recommend using this app. Just pay the extra money for a taxi or ride share and save yourself the stress.
Horrible product - AVOID
This is the worst app I’ve ever used. None of the electric scooters work at all. They show up on the map as fully charged but then fail in a few minutes leaving you stranded in the middle of nowhere. And then you get charged for that!

the scooter stopped unexpectedly while I was riding. I was left in an unfamiliar area and had to find an alternative way to continue my journey. At that moment, my priority was my safety and reaching my destination, not checking the app continuously while standing on the side of the road.
I did not deliberately leave the scooter in an improper location. I left it where the ride ended because there was no suitable parking area nearby and because the scooter had stopped working unexpectedly.
As a customer, I do not believe it is reasonable to be charged €30 in penalties for a situation that resulted from a technical issue and left me stranded.

zero support
WARNING car - the pause button in the app is seriously glitchy/ doesn’t work so you will automatically incur the “out of bounds” penalty if you run an errand out of the legitimate car zone. no response from the supposed support team.

Évitez ce service
Sur un trajet de 30 min j’ai passé 15min a chercher comment mettre fin a la course. L’appli a plus de bug que de fonctionnalités je suis surpris qu’apple ait validé ça pour son store. Résultat : plusieurs recherches sur internet pour comprendre comment rendre la trottinette et au bout de 3 redémarrage de l’app miracle le bouton « end ride » apparaît. 8euros facturés et beaucoup de temps perdu.

Impressive language selection: Faroese, Icelandic, Slovak… apparently French didn’t make the cut.

In Konstanz wirklich anstrengend
Es wär super wenn man irgendwie mitkriegen würde wenn man in eine no park Zone fährt, sonst muss man auf eigene Kosten zurückfahren 🤬💪 Auch beim „Fahrt beenden“ noch zu fragen ob man nicht doch „pausieren“ möchte (für 15ct pro Minute) finde ich unglaublich frech, da man natürlich erstmal auf den großen blauen Button drückt

Ich finde man sollte vorher die Info bekommen, dass man die escooter nur an bestimmten Orten abstellen darf. Ich hatte es eilig und musste nochmal locker 800m zurück und diese dann doch laufen weil es nicht anders ging. Logischerweise kann man erst bezahlen wenn man richtig abgestellt hat. Hat mich in dem Moment tierisch aufgeregt

Great fun!
Using the scooters were easy to set up and go, with the right interactive lever to either go faster and slower without breaking - and of course having breaks as well - made it fun to wizz to and fro. The down side is that it’s not cheap as you cannot double up on them (as there is potential fine) so it can get more expensive then the public transport and even the taxis if you are a party of two or more!
However, they are more convenient if you need to somewhere in a pinch! Walking to Kos town from our hotel would take at least an hour, where as the scooters took 20 minutes!
Verdict 3stars would be 5 if weren’t expensive

Nicht zu empfehlen. Der Roller konnte entsperrt werden, man konnte aber nicht mit ihm fahren. Trotzdem wurden 1,50 € abgebucht. Der Support reagiert auch nicht auf meine Anfrage.

Bad apps and no support
The app doesn’t not show the location of the taxi accurately. It also canceled my ride without my consent and charged me the cancellation fee. I contacted the support about this issue. They said they would look into this and then disappear. It was the worst ride app I have ever used.
Overcharged for an Unusable Service
I could not use the vehicle, but I was charged three times. It’s hard to pick up, hard to park, and hard to use. I’d rather wait for a bus — at least I’d waste less time.

Great idea, horrid practice
It is not immediately clear when a scooter is parked outside of the accepted area and so if you begin a ride outside of the accepted area and decide to park, it doesn’t warn you and the fees for doing so (parking outside of excepted area) are ridiculous.
