Jackpots don’t pay
On certain games you don’t get the jackpot. It kicks you out and doesn’t pay. I spoke to many in game that it happens to them and no support will help. They ask for info, I give it and still nothing. I love the game but this is making me stop.

I’ve contacted support on occasions when I’ve won a minor jackpot but the game restarts and doesn’t award the win. I get the auto response but they never actually respond to the ticket and I never get the reward that the game didn’t give.
