No delivery & no customer service to complain to
The apps shows and charged me for a delivery that was never made. I tried calling and emailing several agents within customer service but mail box is full or the phone ring until it hangs up. No services were rendered and yet I was charged with no option to get a refund.

Poor Customer Support
Contacted customer support about items missing from my order 2 weeks ago. Someone from the team followed up, but never resolved my issue or offered solution. Reached out to them again but never heard back. Poor support and service, one star

Sorry for the bad experience. The restaurant forgot to include the item from the order. We reached out the restaurant and informed the missing item. Also issued the refund.
Not good anymore
Used to be good. Not anymore. App is broken (tracking your order takes you to a broken Postmates page; so weird). Delivery is slow and unreliable. Bummer.

The Postmates tracking link stop working due to Ubereats merge. Now, the tracking link is working and it's backed by Ubereasts api.
Buggy and expensive fees
App is buggy.
Delivery fees are approx $2.25 per mile!
*So if you are buying a $22.50 meal and the restaurant is 10 miles away, your delivery fee will cost as much as the food.

The delivery rate is coming from our third party delivery partner (i.e. Postamtes) and TakeIn does NOT add on top of that.
Absolutely worthless app
Why would any business use this? Lol. Throwing money away for a totally dysfunctional service

Support Mom & Pop restaurants
Finally I don’t have to use the BIG Delivery apps. This is specifically for my favorite local restaurants. I’m happy to see the money I would have been spending on the other apps going directly to the restaurant. It’s even better that the restaurant TOLD me to use this app over the others, because they don’t get charged fees and the tips go to their employees!!! Every time I hop on a new restaurant is added. Great alternative!

Stay with the big dogs
Comparing to the big delivery apps, the UX on this is clunky at best. Some key features are missing. I can’t track my delivery, can’t rate or contact my driver, and it doesn’t explain the super high delivery fees. Don’t bother and find what you want on the other apps and save money. For a startup by guys from big tech backgrounds, you’d expect more.
