About

Takely is the GLP-1 companion built from scratch for people who take a pill — not a shot. If you're on oral semaglutide (Rybelsus, oral Wegovy) or orforglipron (Foundayo), most trackers weren't made for you. They're injection apps with a pill setting bolted on — asking about injection sites and needle anxiety you don't have. Takely is different: every screen is designed for the oral routine. WHAT MAKES TAKELY DIFFERENT • The 30-minute fasting timer — Oral semaglutide only works on an empty stomach. Take your pill, and Takely starts a countdown, then tells you the exact moment coffee, breakfast, and other meds are unlocked. No more guessing. • Food noise, made visible — "Food noise" is that constant background chatter about food. When a thought drifts by, tap the bubble and watch it float away. Over weeks you'll see your own pattern — Takely never reads it as proof that a medication or dose is working. • Side effects that answer "should I worry?" — Log nausea, heartburn, fatigue and more. Takely gives you a calm read (commonly reported / worth watching / consider contacting your clinician) plus what helps many people — never a diagnosis, always your prescriber's call. • Patterns you couldn't see alone — Takely connects the side effects you logged to your dose changes, your meals, and the time of day, then says it plainly: "your nausea tends to cluster within days of a change in your dose log." It reports what you recorded; it doesn't explain why. • A checklist for when the scale stalls — When your logged weight hasn't moved for a few weeks, Takely lays out what your own log does say: doses recorded, food-noise entries, protein against the band you set. It doesn't tell you why that is, and it never suggests a dose change. • Every dose ladder, done right — Rybelsus, oral Wegovy, and Foundayo each have their own real escalation schedule (availability varies by region). Takely tracks exactly where you are on that ladder, so every dose change is on the record, not in your memory. • One-tap doctor report — Turn your history into a clean PDF for appointments: doses, titration, side effects, weight, and food-noise trend. LOCAL BY DEFAULT Your log lives on your device, and you can track everything without an account. Two features are exceptions and both are optional: cloud backup, which keeps a copy for you and is part of Pro, and anonymous usage stats. Either can be switched off in Settings. A health log you actually own. Takely is a self-tracking tool and does not provide medical advice. Estimates are for information only. Always follow your prescriber's instructions.
