The app does not work well. Could not get registered so we could not use the chargers. So pretty useless

Hi! Thanks for reaching out! Can you please explain in detail what the issues is. An App Id is needed to register the device, please scan the QR code in the back of the charger and retry. Please keep us posted on the progress
