About

Takvim is a calm agenda that keeps your events and your to-do list in one place. You no longer have to track a meeting in one app and the job you need to finish before it in another. CALENDAR AND TASKS ON ONE SCREEN In month view a coloured ring under each day tells you what is on. Tap a day to see the events in time order, with the tasks right below them. MONTH, WEEK AND LIST Switch to week view when you are planning a busy week, go back to month view for the whole picture. List view lays out everything ahead of you in date order, in one scroll. REPEATING PLANS Create entries that repeat every day, week, month or year — including "the 20th of every month" or "every Tuesday". You can delete a single day of a repeating entry, and repeating tasks are ticked off one by one. REMINDERS THAT ARRIVE ON TIME Remind me at the time, 5 / 15 / 30 minutes, 1 hour or 1 day before, or on a date and time you pick. Tasks without a time are reminded at 09:00. NOTHING OVERDUE SLIPS THROUGH Unfinished tasks from earlier days stay at the top of today's list under "Overdue tasks". FAST SEARCH Search titles and notes; tap a result to jump straight to that day. CATEGORIES THAT ARE YOURS Personal, Work, Health, Family, Holiday and Other to begin with — rename them, pick colours and icons, or add your own. The rings in the calendar carry those colours, and one tap filters the whole app to a category. FLIGHT DETAILS FROM AN EMAIL Travel categories also hold city, flight number, times and PNR. Copy the email from the airline, press one button and the fields fill themselves. Outbound and return are kept apart, and the return flight shows up on its own date. SIX LANGUAGES Turkish, English, German, French, Russian and Greek. The app follows your phone's language, or you can pick one in Settings. Weeks start on Monday and times are in 24-hour format. LIGHT AND DARK Follows your phone's appearance on its own. YOUR DATA STAYS WITH YOU No account to create, nothing sent to a server, no ads and no tracking. Everything you enter is kept on your phone alone.

Type entries on a computer: Long entries are hard to type on a phone. You can now enter them on a web page and send them over — the link is on our support page under "Bilgisayardan kayıt girme". • QR: point your phone's camera at the code on the page; the app opens and asks to confirm. • File: send the downloaded .takvim file over AirDrop, iCloud Drive or email, then tap it. • Clipboard: copy on your Mac, then use Settings › Import from clipboard. Nothing goes to a server on any of these routes; the transfer stays between your own devices. Scanning the same QR twice will not duplicate entries. Settings › About also gained a "Scheduled reminders" line showing the notification permission and how many reminders are set.
