About

Talin is a private, on-device money tracker for iPhone and Mac. See exactly where your money goes, what's safe to spend, and what's coming up — without ads, accounts, or anything leaving your device. ONE HONEST NUMBER Safe to spend: your cash, minus bills still due, minus the budget you set aside. The number that actually tells you if you can spend. TRACK IN SECONDS A fast keypad-first entry screen, one-tap logging of frequent transactions, and category shortcuts. Import a bank CSV when you'd rather bring history in. SEE WHERE IT WENT A donut breakdown by category, a daily spending chart, and month / quarter / year views. Tap any slice, bar, or calendar day to see the exact transactions behind it. BILLS THAT BEHAVE Schedule any recurrence — every month, every N days, every N weeks, quarterly, yearly. Mark them paid, pay early, skip a month, or end a series. Reminders before each one is due. BUDGETS BY CATEGORY Set a monthly limit per category and watch what's left, with an over-budget warning before it's too late. ACCOUNTS, SAVINGS & INVESTMENTS Track multiple accounts and transfers, set savings goals, and follow crypto and stocks with live prices — read-only, tracking only. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Everything stays on your device and syncs through your own iCloud. No server, no account, no tracking, no ads. Optional Face ID lock and hide-balances. Full English and Portuguese. Free. All of it.

Credit cards, done properly. Add a card with its limit, closing day and payment due day. Talin tracks what you owe, what each statement comes to, and when it has to be paid. A charge is held back from your safe-to-spend the moment it happens — so spending on a card can never make you look richer than you are. Buying in installments. Add a purchase as monthly installments and it behaves like a bill that expires: each month costs you its own share, and never a penny before. Income you tick off. Mark income as received with the amount that actually arrived, not the amount you expected. And file it under a real source — wages, rent received, a side hustle, someone paying you back — so you can finally see where your money comes from. Plus a long list of fixes to how money is entered and shown, including amounts typed the Brazilian way.
