Lafarge Iraq HR initiated this Application in order to be closer to employees and to provide all kinds of facilities and answers which usually employees need in terms of guideline, internal process and organization in general, it automates responses to employee queries related to company policies, travel, leave management, services, among others by consuming organization's policy documents & integrating with existing Oracle EBS.

Talk2HR consumes policies and FAQs and converts them into a conversational interface where an employee gets instantaneous answers to his queries. It also integrates with HRIS systems to cater to employee-specific queries like leave balance and attendance.
HR Transactions
