I had this app on my very first I-pod and I hadn’t had it for a while so I downloaded it again and I forgot how bad it was. Mimic mode is terrible it doesn’t mimic you mouth at all. And what else are you supposed to do on it except mimic mode. Also I’m not sure what the concept of it is I mean you talk and it doesn’t really do anything. I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP!!!!

Monkey having a mental glitch.
Aww man. Everyone enjoyed this , posted on fb and such. Now , as has been said before, pauses turn into 15 minute pauses. You’d think, we paid so could fix it or say something.

This app is what keeps our family together. We really miss Heerlo and his lyrical ways. We coukd almost stand having him around when Talking Monkey was working. Now we can no longer understand what he’s saying because of the unnatural pauses. Our family has fallen on sad times. Please help us.... please.

5 second delays in between words
It's really sad to have to write the same review that's been posted many times months before my post -- used to be a great app -- for some reason I had to buy AGAIN and this time it's no fun with all the lonnnnng delays between words. This is an easy fix for the app company but apparently they take your money and don't care to fix or address a known problem... good luck with that

I haven't use this app for years. But I just tried to send a Monkeygram to a friend and there are so many delays I'm not sure It will be of any use to me. What happened? Is it the app where is my phone just slow.?
Talking Monkey - fantastic family fun!
Was first introduced to the fabulous Talking Monkey app by my father in 2015, around christmas. Countless japes and laughs were had repeating our foolish commentaries on my mother's christmas cheer. Since then I recently downloaded the application to share some videos with my girlfriend, a monkey enthusiast. Her eyes lit up when she first recieved a personalised greeting from our pale friend and has since gone on to create her own videos with her pals. Highly recommended for lightearted laughs and low brow fun!

This app needs help
This app used to be great, but it had been pausing when you play back your monkey message. It has been this way for almost a year now. Wish you guys could do an update. Used to use it a lot. Not so much anymore. Please fix the monkey
Why the monkey paws??
I haven't used this in a while but something happens now that didn't happen before. Every time I have even the shortest pause, the pause becomes about 5-8 seconds of silence upon playback. I was singing Happy Birthday and there were 5 seconds of dead air between lines. It took me about 15 tries to sing it all the way through without pausing or breathing between lines before I could get a video without dead air. Tried on both iPad 2 and iPhone 6 Plus.

have to yell to get to pick anything up and then it is like it auto adjust mic so it cuts it off at the end.

Not working anymore
For some reason the app no longer works. I purchased and downloaded it 2 days ago and now all the options aside from the setting(the little gear) are all shaded and won't function when I click it???
Toddler loves it
My 2 yr old son played with this for countless hours on a long road trip. My 8 yr old made me a cute Mother's Day song with it, it's the best app!
