User reviews

Terrible user experience

Needs serious improvement. The app asked at the beginning for my native language, which I put Australian English. When the tutor began the lesson, English was spoken but very poorly and not in an Australian accent. The microphone did not work and I checked the settings and gave the correct permissions at the beginning. The app doesn’t work for its intended purpose. Has a lot of improvement to do before it’s fit for purpose.

Response from developer

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry you had such a frustrating experience. The microphone should work once permission is granted, and the tutor should use the selected English accent. What you experienced is therefore not expected behavior, and we’re investigating what may have gone wrong. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and are working to make the experience more reliable.
