Love this software!
This TalkIt dictation software is great. We’ve used this note taking software for a while now & it has made our office a lot more efficient. Our client notes are a lot more detailed than handwriting notes. Tasking client follow up tasks are so easy with this software & nothing falls between the cracks. I would encourage you to look into this software & give it a try!

Impactful for internal processes
I’ve never encountered a better app for creating and implementing standardized internal processes than this one. Our workflows and meeting follow up are so much better because of Mobile Assistant.

Can’t even get out of the starting gate with this app
I have downloaded it and removed it twice it will not let me set up even a starter account it never sends me the email confirmation and it repeatedly tells me that my email that I’ve had for nearly 20 years is invalid end it is a Gmail account. Super frustrating I have nearly 2 hours into trying to make this go. I would love it if somebody could make it work.

For security/compliance reasons, our clients need to use non-public domain emails, which is why your gmail account did not work. If you can sign up with a business email that would work great.
Excellent (and essential) Productivity Tool
I have been using this app for a while now, and it is excellent. Accuracy is terrific, and turnaround time as well. I have tried other services in the past like Phillips, and this service is clearly superior by leaps and bounds. Keep up the good work.

Simple App and Quality Service
Love it!! I always get back accurate dictations and it's so great that I can setup different templates if I want to save time and receive my notes in the exact format I need them. Recommend Mobile Assistant over Copytalk any day!

Outstanding! As a businessman, I have tried to prior methods of dictating by calling a phone number and having it sent to me by email.
This is so much better! There is greater accuracy greater speed and I am totally satisfied. Using Talk It from my iPhone I am more efficient and more accurate because I dictate all of my thoughts and projects to do as soon as I finish an appointment.
Also my two assistants are able to focus their energy on more productive work then Transcribing.

The mobile app is so easy to use yet you have all the functionality. I love how it also connects straight into Redtail flawlessly and that on your mobile app you see a history as well. Love the app!

Wow! This is the absolute best way to dictate notes from any of my meetings, activity or ideas. Live, intelligent people complete all of the transcription, accurately, with a follow up email and a ready reference note in the Talk It app on both my I Phone and iPad as well as my database.
