There is no service, response

It is not the app with which I feel I can advance in my learning, after 8 days of installing it they gave me a discount to obtain it, I have requested a refund and they do not respond.

Talks too fast, gives bad advice, can’t listen properly

I can’t slow it down enough to follow the conversation properly, and I can’t pause it either. It gave me “tips” on what to say next, and when I repeated exactly what it told me to say, the report said the grammar was incorrect. Other times, when I construct my own sentences, it doesn’t even understand what I’m saying. Also it pronounces English words incorrectly.
