Can’t speak highly enough of TalkSport, it gives you all you need as an avid sports fan. Live coverage- expert punditry - thoughtful incisive discussions and there is still room in the schedule for plenty of entertaining and funny moments. It’s my go to channel that gets me through the rigours of the day and night. Thank you TalkSport!

There’s always a problem
Constant issues with the app for years. Main problem is that if you listen to a show, pause it, for example at 15 minutes, then unpause it, you will always go back to 15 minutes after every other pause. You have to memorize where you’ve paused it.

Hyper-localised California ads for an Aussie?
Only catchup related. From around the start of the year us ads have been injected into my listening experience. While I don’t have a problem with selling ad space over the pom ads, I’m not sure why I need to know about what products a Southern California supermarket has, or even deals a San Diego car yard has. Edited to mention that all ip address/dns/vpn diversion methods were turn off.

Stop the forced updates. At least give the user a choice on when to apply.
Great content but a bit clunky
TalkSport’s great but the app could have more controls like ‘back 10 sec’, a more obvious ‘pause’ button. If there is a catchup page I’ve not noticed it - i think the whole UI should be cleaned up and made more orderly and tidy.

Stopped working on Apple TV
The app used to be fine on my Apple TV until a few weeks ago and not I just get ‘no content found’ errors and it’s unusable. Have deleted and reinstalled to no effect.
Over zealous entry
Never used to have an issue with this app, always found it ideal for listening on the go. However, the last few times I’ve opened the app, it’s been like breaking into Fort Knox. Having to prove I’m human, how many bikes, cars, trains, traffic lights etc. It’s gotten to the point where I’ve deleted it. It’s a radio station, not online banking.

Update Issues
Just updated a few days ago. Now asks for sign in each time which is annoying, plus the “watch live” service no longer works (for me). Why do these updates always make the experience worse. Plus I’m sick of all the betting ads.
