Was good to begin with
When I first had digital voice it worked very well, calls were forwarded to my mobile and u could answer them easily. Now the app won’t work - it crashes on opening and I am getting zero calls transferred to my mobile. Also most of the time my home phone is not working properly either.

This app was working well until recently however now it crashes in a second or two so is unstable.

Complete waste of time
This app crashes on my phone every day. I have to delete it and reload it every day sometimes every time I turn my phone on!!!

Being replaced?
Just notified by TalkTalk that this app does not function any more and will be replaced!
Missed calls
Good sound during calls, but the app logged itself out a couple of times, resulting in missed calls when away from home.
Rubbish
Logs out then don’t except the password and doesn’t send the reset link, absolutely cr#p. poor effort talk talk. actually rang t talk talk and the told me they don’t even have a digital voice app. 😡😡😡😡😡
Waist of time
Totally useless impossible to activate. Was told by a talktalk client (most don’t have a clue how things work so just pass you on to someone else) to activate the app in my account doesn’t appear in my account been an ongoing issue since 19th December spent around 12 hours trying to get it sorted without any joy. time to delete the app I think. Would give zero stars if I could

Good trial
What a great idea this app is, never have to miss a call at home when you're out and about with the added convenience of other family members being able to have the app as well so they can answer calls for them. Well done TalkTalk.
Doesn’t work
There is no setting in My Account to activate it.
It never sends a code when requested.
However, what is unacceptable is that no one at TalkTalk appears to even know about the App - let alone what to do to fix it. Okay uave wasted hours on chat - to be told to phone. When I called i got passed around to FIVE people - and nothing.
Such a shame that I actually had use for this too.
