About as useful as their customer service. Thankfully my contract ends tomorrow, so I will go elsewhere.

Doesn’t matter what test you run you will get the same results. You need to buy more gadgets, mesh hub, extender or upgrade.

Continually logged me out during lengthy online chat to sort WiFi. Logging back in was beyond difficult.

Got a result of poor WiFi right next to router - no solution offered.

Absolute waste of time. Tells you your router is slow and offers nothing! Why do they bother?

I ran the check and they told me it was my WiFi and I should buy a mesh hub from them and renew my contract. Given I was getting slow speeds over a wired connection, which I told them several times, this was clearly rubbish. Luckily I am out of contract and am looking at suppliers on the basis of customer service not price.
