Gone wrong

This app used to be great, but recently it no longer fits on the screen of the Apple Watch.
You have to scroll up to use the minus and scroll up to use the plus counter.

Great simple functionality.

Better than all the other counters that I found. Simple and effective.

Great app but doesn’t work with latest Apple Watch

Since removing force touch on the Apple Watch (Apple Watch Series 6), this app does not work like it used it. You can’t reset the counters. Also the dice function on the Apple Watch does not show properly. I would not recommend this app if your intended use case it using it on the Apple Watch. I’m happy to update this review if the developer fixes these issues.

Great

Actually, one of the most useful apps for Apple Watch. The same on iPhone

Perfect for essential workers

If you need to count people entering and leaving the store using your Apple Watch. This is the app for you.

Useful for counting during workouts

This is my goto app when counting reps in a workout eg Number of times I have walked up a hill etc.

It is handy that you can access through a complication on the Apple Watch

Can’t add .25 or .50 .75.

I am a floral designer and if I need to make an arrangement for $85 and some flowers are priced at $5.50 I can’t use it to tally up the flowers. Is there a way I can do it and I just don’t get it. This would help me out a lot at work.

Simple, but borderline useless

App is simple enough, but (on iPad at least) I cannot find how to roll a die of any kind with the app (btw Siri rolls any die type if you ask it to).

With no way to manually set the numbers, large changes in the numbers being tracked by the app is a huge pain. Also, with a range of only -99 to 999, there are more than a few games and uses where this app become unsuitable.

Also, with no obvious options button of any kind, it feels safe to assume that the colours, fonts, and background are non-customizable, which left the app aesthetically displeasing with its mustard and brown scheme.

Weird

No buttons no instructions no menus. Is this even a full app? I don’t know what I’m doing with it.

Why not showing on modular watch face?

UPDATE: It’s working fine now. (But when it was first installed it opens and works but first was invisible, just a black area on my series 3 Apple watch modular face and then instead it displayed "nil" in that spot. Now it shows 0 or the last count if I haven’t reset it since last time it was used.

Response from developer

If you remove the complication, next adding it again to your watch face, and then use Tally on your Watch it will work correctly.

So close

So close to being great.
But the thing you do the most, count up, is a “Plus Button” which is small and out of the way. On the top of the screen in a small place.
Make it ergonomic or make it so you can move it to where it’s easier to access.

Only one small suggestion.

Works well and does what it should. My only concern is how easy it is to accidentally tap the centre while in landscape mode which resets the counter to zero. Maybe an option to triple tap might be an advantage.

Epic

Great app, by far our best. You should delete padlock. That one is ugly.

Good but could do with one addition

You should be able to return to zero with one button or gesture

Best counter app (really!)

The one-tap increment shortcuts (+1,+5, -5, etc) make this the best counter app on the store. I’ve tried them all and this one feature is so helpful. Really appreciate the Apple Watch too.
The only major additional features I’d love are:
- protection against accidentally resetting to zero
- a widget for the Today screen

But, whatever, I am filled with gratitude!

well designed app with good functionality

10/10 miss Regan

I miss Steve jobs, Ronald Regan, Mr Eisenhower, and brother man bill. Great app, I think that it helps me decide what to do, with the dice
