Can’t log in on app
Website works great, but I can’t sign in on the app anymore. I didn’t change my password but I can’t get in. Defeats to purpose of the app. I will keep using the website that works well but not this app.

Misidng Schedule
This app is so bad that my schedule is missing everyday

If you thought Talon ETA was bad, the app takes bad to an even worse level. The functionality of the app makes it nearly pointless. You can authorize a flight lesson but you can’t actually schedule anything through the app. Pointless and easily the worst designed app for iPhone I have ever used. Flight Schedule Pro’s app wasn’t perfect, but at least it’s 21st century technology and not something designed with the capabilities of Windows 3.1

This needs an update
This app doesn't work anymore on any competent device. Our school needs to either use a different app or update this one because it crashes too often on modern devices. Please stop running an app made for windows vista

Used to work okay…
The app used to work alright. It has always been a bit clunky and misses a lot of the functionality of the web interface. But it worked fine for checking my schedule and messages. However the recent IOS 16 update broke the grade sheet functionality on my iPhone 13. I can no longer open a grade sheet without the entire app crashing. Reopening the app forces me to log in again. As much as you pay to use ETA, this app badly needs an update.

Its is convinient except for you have to log in everytime you open the app. Please fix this.
Useless
It is unbelievable that flight schools still expect us to use this for scheduling and messages. Nothing works and we are consistently signed out (even version 2.0).
Work great but once in a while...
This app work great however, once in a while the app would but schedule my next flight schedule and I just miss two flight just because the flight schedule didn’t show up in the app. Please get the schedule up to date and fast. Thanks.
ETA for pilots
Poor design. Need to restart the app in order to use Touch ID. Logbook error message - keeps crashing. Needs improvement.
Unusable
When it worked it was almost useless, for example hard to click on hidden buttons to get an activity transferred to calendar, and having to re-enter password every time. After past two updates I am unable to login, the error message is unhelpful and the help section also useless. The worst app I have seen for iphones so far.

Very low usability
This software vendors seems to know nothing about usability testing. Their mobile app is one of the least usable I’ve seen, and their web based UI has equally poor design. It doesn’t save your password, significantly reducing its value. It needs major improvement.

App needs to be updated to current IOS GUI
I just began using the Talon app with my college and the app is many years outdated. It's slow and very "clunky". The devs need to update the app for recent and current IOS users. It does it's job, although it doesn't look that good while using it.
TALON is Awful.
I absolutely hate dealing with this company as a whole, not just this app. Good luck getting anything fixed with this, as they have told me straight up customer service is not a priority of theirs. Any time you need something fixed, you have to badger them for months on end to get them to even acknowledge the issue. No one at the company has the tiniest bit of aviation background, but they try and argue with you when you tell them their system is doing things that can cause you to get in trouble with the FAA. DO NOT GET TALON FOR YOUR FLIGHT SCHOOL. YOU WILL REGRET IT LIKE MY SCHOOL IS....
