Order canceled without notice

I was waiting for my order more than a week and when i checked i did not see my order in the order history. Although i am sure i placed the order and the exact amount was subtracted from my bank account (my fatoora).

Then i realized they have canceled it without letting me know. This was disrespectful to your customers. This happened with alshaya group lately including west elm and pottery barn. I will try to avoid them as much as i can and i will make sure to spread the word.
MAKE SURE TO KEEP UP WITH YOUR ORDER DETAILS: payment, delivery exact date. They WILL NOT update you if anything changes.

للاسف طلبت اكثر من قطعه، ما وصلوا في اليوم اللي كانوا محددينه لي، دقيت عليهم اتفاجيء ان اغلب القطع اللي طلبتها مو متوفره! انزين ليش ما حدثتوا البرنامج! انا كنت طالبه الملابس لمناسبه وبسبتكم مارحت

slow app

it takes a really long time for the images to appear which is really annoying considering that on other websites that dosent happen so i know the problem isn’t with my internet however it’s with the app itself. hopefully they can improve on that.

Worst everything

I’ve never dealt with such a bad app and such a bad customer service team. More than once I’ve faced issues.

First time the order was delayed without any notification.

Second time the order I made wasn’t even in stock! Yet it was on the app.

Third time they took my money without the order going through.

All times, the customer service didn’t actually help me get real answers and were very rude.
