Terrible
I had horrible experience on each step. On my opinion is not transparent, not professional and not organized. I have faced 1 year of delay of basic account opening and to addition they are holding funds and requesting a lot of personal information in disregards to business of the owner despite its business account.

ماعندهم خدمه عملاء انسان تتكلم بس مع ذكاء اصطناعي وعندي مشكله من شهر مانحلت لانها تحتاج تواصل بشري….
DON’T USE THIS SERVICE!
It’s been more than a month since I introduced Tamara to my customers. I have 3 PENDING PAYOUTS that has not been released. Still being held and kept for no reason. They have changed the payout schedule for 5x and til date, there is no money deposited. TAMARA BUSINESS has gravely affected my business operations and I had to stop because all the money that is supposed to keep my business going is with them. They keep reassuring me that “THEIR IS ANOTHER TEAM” working on this delay, but they never came up with a solution in releasing my money. 3 PAYOUTS?! That’s already a lot of money. I will not recommend you this service! They have a very BAD SERVICE!!!

Too many requirements. It took me a year to complete my requirements then finally got approved this month with payment plan option “Pay in Full”
