TAME PropertyProof

Property handovers are easier when every room has a clear record. TAME PropertyProof helps you capture photos, notes, and condition status room by room, then turn them into a clean report. Create a report with the address, date, reporter, and occupant. Use standard room templates or add your own; mark each room Good, Needs Attention, Damaged, or Missing, and attach photos and notes. Review the summary, add an optional typed acknowledgement, then export a PDF ready for a handover, repair discussion, or your own records. Everything stays on your iPhone. No account, no cloud sync, and no backend; it works offline. PropertyProof creates the record you enter. It is not a certified inspection, does not provide legal advice, and does not promise a deposit or dispute outcome. Core reports are free; a one-time Pro unlock enables export and sharing. No subscription and no ads.
