This is the biggest scam matrimony don’t ever try to use this matrimony all money minded only ur profile will be noted if u spend lot of money or else u won’t be notified or get any profile most of the profiles will not be active or there will be any photos worst ever matrimony look for some other matrimony

No zodic sign and Star details

Many profiles don’t even mention basic details like star and zodiac sign. Even after sending requests to update those details, there was no response or action.

Customer care should not only focus on forcing users to pay for subscriptions. They should also ensure that profiles contain proper basic details like star, zodiac sign, and other important marriage-related information.

Also, it feels like many users are only here to collect data or pass time, without serious intentions for marriage.

Slow app. No update is almost a year.

Such annoying people. Called me 16 times in 2 days to ask me take assisted services. The relationship managers are leeches. They send existing profile of a girl. When we pick up the call they will say sorry this profile is not available. Please take assisted services. We will help you. This is disgusting. They pay to get all these fake reviews. Fraud people

Worst Customer Service Experience – Very Rude and Unprofessional

I had a very disappointing experience with Tamil Matrimony. Their customer service is extremely unprofessional and rude. While I was speaking on a call, the representative abruptly cut the call without any proper response.

Even on chat, the conversation was not handled properly — they kept disconnecting and switching to different agents, which made the whole experience very frustrating.

When I raised concerns about the high charges and requested for a better or reduced pricing option, the response was very rude and careless. They simply said this is the final price and showed no interest in helping or retaining a customer.

I even mentioned that other apps are offering similar services at a lower cost, and that I might consider switching. Surprisingly, they didn’t even try to convince or assist — they just said “okay,” which clearly shows a lack of customer care and business sense.

Honestly, I’m not sure if they are serious about their service or customer satisfaction. I would not recommend this platform based on my experience.

Worst experiene

Sales team is worst .. sales team Divya and Karthick spoke and give assurance for alliance. Once you do payment they will not response to you.
Once your plan expires then again they will suggest new plan. And this scam will continue for a while.
Note : one your plan expire they will send more photos to you and forcing you to recharge again

Scam don’t buy a membership there no option for cancel the membership automatically debit from our card we need to keep call to cancel and no one answer and no option

Inconvenient UI and slow

The app is too slow on any OS, gets logged out randomly, the profiles you put under don’t show gets to send requests, I mean what’s the point in don’t show option!? Only 10% users have profile pic, and people hardly respond to messages. The experience is too poor to pay so much.

Waste of Money & Poor Service

Users start spreading this fruad TM team, they won't do service properly. Atleast some people will escape from this fake words gangs. Till payment they'll come behind us, post payment they won't do any proper service, even customer services people put hold on calls by not accepting it, they'll tell 1000 of matches available for u but after activation you'll never find even 100
Such a fraud service, don't buy any membership.
Mainly divorced ppl, don't go inside.

This company literally in so much debt and needs a lot of money. They take the money and just go, that’s it. No customer care support, nothing.

Scam

Entire business is a scam. I am using this app several years. Unless you pay you won’t get anything. They will hide all profile photos from you until you pay. Probably show you some bad stuff for until the plan expires. Then before expiry they will open up 1 or 2 good ones and make you feel like actually you are getting better profile and you will pay again. It is endless mental illness. I wish you bad fortune forever.
