Scam

Scam don’t buy a membership there no option for cancel the membership automatically debit from our card we need to keep call to cancel and no one answer and no option

Scam

Entire business is a scam. I am using this app several years. Unless you pay you won’t get anything. They will hide all profile photos from you until you pay. Probably show you some bad stuff for until the plan expires. Then before expiry they will open up 1 or 2 good ones and make you feel like actually you are getting better profile and you will pay again. It is endless mental illness. I wish you bad fortune forever.

Home page doesn’t look good I can’t change profile pics and any update in profile and then finally nothing visible to use

Savage!!

We have been using this platform for a while, and always, money is a priority! T frequently, the apps get crash, and login fails most of the time. All of this wonder, our profile gets deleted without any notification, and they don’t know how it gets deleted and say we told them so. What a crappy people ?? Because we didn’t renew! So, guys deleted our prior? Without notifications! Savage

Worst matrimony application and platform

I was trying to recharge to get more numbers to view , but the manager was very blunt that you need to wait until your plan expires
Why would you design a platform that can’t even allow top ups
I am not even posting about the bugs and performance issues this application poses every time

We use this just because other platforms user base is not as much as this , else the peer platforms offer such a great UI and flexible top up options

Lot of fake profiles. Many parts of the app doesn’t work. They just ship the product without any testing.

Great profiles but very poor app design

Showing rejected profiles or already accepted profiles again in matches is very confusing. If I have already accepted request from profile A , it shouldn’t ideally appear on my feed again as a new match. Same with rejections, if the sender cancels the request, the recipient must see it and not accept a request that was mistakenly sent. The app navigation is a nightmare and the prompts are mostly distractions not letting us get to where we want to go. The app needs a makeover to a more cohesive design

Worst app ever

Develop the app with quality software engineers. Worst app ever. Not even the back button is working properly. Lot of bugs and worst UI. It is not the UI that is user friendly. Only user needs to be accustomed to the worst UI

Pathetic service and app

The app won’t open the first time you open the app after a while.
Then you need to force quit the app and then relaunch it to open it.
The navigation is terrible as well.

Coming to service, my advice, don’t go for any paid service. Especially with assisted service.
They will call you respond to your message with in minutes until you open your wallet. Once you make any payment, it becomes one of the worst.

Worst App service Ever

Slow, Crashing, doesn’t login , luckily if logs in the name and other details are hidden. More of Profit oriented than service oriented. Gladly choose other service than this one. Regretful customer.

Terrible App

I hate using this app. It always show incorrect search results, no proper notifications, and always don’t inconsistent with pictures. Don’t recommend it.

Before before payment thay are good but after payment I can’t able see the picture also

Hello Vinoth, Sorry to hear that you are unable to view the photo. We recommend you to make use of the "Show Profiles- With Photo" to check profiles with photos. Also, you can send add photo request and photo view request to interested members, and on their acceptance will be able to view their photos. For queries please write to us at ios@matrimony.com.

App is try to steal the money only adding special packages default and taking the customer money do business with some ethics

Not working in iPhone and iPad

There are lots of bugs in IPhone and iPad version of this app.

One of the main bugs is, Whatsapp link option is not working.

Phone calls count mismatch

Every month the phone call count is getting reduced even before the end of month, this is a scam.

App full of bugs

Nothing is working in app.
1. Search not showing proper results.
2. Notifications not sync properly
3. Messages are not updated. Declined messages still shows on pending items list.
4. U able to view full profile contents
