لدي تحفظ على بعض الورقيات التي يتم إرسالها عند الشراء من التطبيق ليه ما يتم التشييك عليها صالحة او لا قبل بيعها على المستهلك ومن جهة اخرى عندما يكون عنواني في التطبيق واقوم بشراء منتجات واتفاجأ بان اغليها غير موجود ليه مايتم حذفها من التطبيق بدل استنزاف الوقت والجهد
Bad experince
You look for items you don’t find them, you go to the branch its there!!!
Basic things like milk or yogurt are not easy to find.
Also whenever I order online and pay by applepay when driver go they tell him not paid.

Love the app. Very convenient to see which branch has different imported foods in stock. The click and collect service is very good.

The services exceed excellent. My products always arrive fresh and on time. In the app choices regarding if a product is not available exceed every grocery store I’ve ever shipped at. They always call to ensure I’m getting what I ordered. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and professional. God bless Tamimi. Thanks for the great service.

Credit card issue
There is a problem with placing an order by using credit card for payment, it deducted 1 Riyal but the payment didn’t go through, it keeps returning to the basket
Poor app for a good supermarket
I like tamimi products and prices but the app is not to the standard.
Often it freezes at the opening screen and you cant do shopping for a day.
The categories are limited and not fit for purpose. The product information ingredients and key information missing from all products and the images are so poor quality you can’t read it on the packaging, when the app stops and you login to webpage your basket clears, there is no option to favourite an item, delivery times are the worst amongst the similar supermaket apps (same day delivery is rare), no option to do applr pay in the app…
But again - the supermarket and the products are really good. And in terms of stock information for online orders, i find tamimi better than the others.

البرنامج رائع والطلب من خلاله ممتاز جداً .. ولكن يحتاج بعض التطوير مثل ان يكون اسم المنتج رابط من خلاله تنفذ الى جميع منتجات الشركة .. ايضا يجب تطوير البحث بحيث يمكن الرجوع الى قائمة البحث مرة اخرى لانها في هذه النسخة تنلغي للاسف .. ايضا ان يتم تمكين الدخول الى المنتج من خلال ضغطه عندما يكون في سلة المشتريات ، حيث لايمكننا ذلك في البرنامج .. وشكراً لكم

I find the staff to be excellent. They are all incredibly helpful. If I cannot find something they will go out of their way to get it in for me as soon as possible. I feel the manager goes above and beyond the call of duty, two weeks ago he searched every store in Riyadh for an item for me.
Unfortunately, some residents can be jerks especially if they can’t get a specific product. Watching a grown adult in the store throwing a tantrum like a child was an eye opener…… the staff dealt with that person respectfully and professionally…… if it was me I would have not coped as well as they did with such a difficult customer.

I have to keep logging in every day!
The stupid app keeps logging me out and I have to log in every single time I want to use it! What is this nonsense? None of the other apps do this!! Fix it!

Second time to use the app
So far so good, would be great if I can search within the category instead of a general search, for example if I’m looking for banana in fruits, instead of scrolling to search for banana I would type the word banana in the search bar, but it would show me all products containing banana.. (banana cake, banana milk, banana flavor essence.. etc) some refining to the search method would make the app more user friendly.
