Tamimi is always trustworthy and very respectful . but the store is 100 times better as the app has so little options!
Love it except for!
My mostly used app for pick up orders. However, the fact that delivery is for 22 SR No matter how high your bill is, is really annoying!

1 star for abusing the notifications with misleading titles, so annoying to the point I had to disable all notifications for this app.

There is no option to coordinate with the branch to expedite the process also the search bar doesn’t always show all the options of what u r looking for.

The app is good but….
I really like the app, it works smoothly and is easy to use. However, when I place an order from home and choose in-store pickup, I sometimes find that some products are out of stock, even though the app showed them as available. I hope this issue can be resolved to make the experience even better.

لدي تحفظ على بعض الورقيات التي يتم إرسالها عند الشراء من التطبيق ليه ما يتم التشييك عليها صالحة او لا قبل بيعها على المستهلك ومن جهة اخرى عندما يكون عنواني في التطبيق واقوم بشراء منتجات واتفاجأ بان اغليها غير موجود ليه مايتم حذفها من التطبيق بدل استنزاف الوقت والجهد

You look for items you don’t find them, you go to the branch its there!!!
Basic things like milk or yogurt are not easy to find.
Also whenever I order online and pay by applepay when driver go they tell him not paid.

Love the app. Very convenient to see which branch has different imported foods in stock. The click and collect service is very good.

Avoid the app if possible
More than half of the products in store don’t align with this app. They don’t include all the items that are actually available in stores and they don’t keep track of what’s actually available in store and not. Payment is also not the best. Trying to search for products is quite tedious plus, they never include a photo of the nutrition labels or ingredients for the items. They could do way better.

The services exceed excellent. My products always arrive fresh and on time. In the app choices regarding if a product is not available exceed every grocery store I’ve ever shipped at. Timing is your problem!
It needs 3-6 hours to be deliver!! Why, are you coming from another city?… It only 2 kilometer away from me!! The next one is 3.5 kilometer !! So, be fast to be wanted !!
