Having trouble recharging the Hafilat bus card
There is an issue when recharging the Hafilat card, since after adding the card number and the relevant details, it does not add and stops. Improve the app so that it can function smoothly, as the previous method of recharging was much simpler.

Useful App, but Painful Hidden Charges
The app is useful, but the extra charges make the experience frustrating. Server charges of 7–10 DHS and an additional 15+ DHS just for card delivery feel excessive. Paying so many service fees significantly reduces the value of the app. These costs are not justified and make the service unnecessarily expensive.

Awful app and service
Bug affecting Prayer alerts
I rely on TAMM app for prayer alerts after trying all other Islamic apps out there. To get alerts, I have to open TAMM, click on the Prayer Time widget -> Settings ->toggle Prayer Notifications off and on. Alerts will be sent up to Isha so to get alerts I get up on the next day and repeat these steps. Then I ask Allah to bless the people who designed this functionality. This widget never ever sent alerts properly, so the bug is not OS version-related (currently using 18.7.2).

Some vehicles categories are not updated on iOS version
Birth certificate issue
We cannot put more than 2 names in the infant name when applying for newborn birth certificate. This is a serious issue and even customer service cannot solve the problem. They just want to complete the request fast (probably to prove productivity) but not actually solving the problem. 5 birth certificate application rejections and 4 service request. Nothing. Now we have to apply for amendment which gives us headache!!!

Faulty traffic fines
Submitted too many complaints that the traffic fine is issued for a car that is not mine but no response ??? The car in the photo is with the same number but different category and it is a white Nissan Payrol and my car is a Brown Nissan Kicks ????! How many times I have to write that for someone to take action ????

As a local resident of Abu Dhabi, I initially appreciated the idea of having a centralized platform like this. However, my experience has been overwhelmingly disappointing. While the intention behind the app is commendable, the execution has fallen far short. It is confusing, difficult to navigate, and not user-friendly.
As an example:
I am currently in the process of applying for medical residency a high stakes, competitive, and deeply important step in my career. Unfortunately, this app has added unnecessary frustration to an already stressful process. I initially selected my preferred booking date through the app, only to later receive an email stating that my booking was no longer valid and assigning me a different date entirely.
Prior to this, the team had already admitted to technical difficulties with the booking system. This should have been anticipated with proper planning, a trial run, a contingency plan, or even a backup system. This isn’t a game for us. This is our future, and we cannot afford for things to go wrong at such a critical time.
To make matters worse, the new booking I was assigned conflicts with existing personal commitments I had already arranged around the original slot. Receiving such short notice for a change of this magnitude is inexcusable. I cannot simply rearrange my life at the last minute, nor did I expect a platform meant to streamline this process to cause so much disruption especially not when the stakes are this high.
While I appreciate the effort to create a unified platform, significant work is needed to improve its functionality, reliability, and respect for users’ time. I hope this feedback is taken seriously. At present, this app does not reflect the standard expected for such an important process and, frankly, is not deserving of any awards.
