Holiday adjustment
The app is great and I use it and recommend it to others. The only issue is the text reminders do not adjust for holidays. I know the policies but others depend on the app to tell them what happens on holiday service. They take out their trash because they were reminded to and I have to look at their cans for days because they leave them there.

Great when it works. Our address doesn’t even show up.
Not current data
The app is not useful if it’s not updated frequently. For example, it says the next pickup isn’t until Jan 2, but the website says Dec 27. Unhelpful.
Awful app
This app is useless. It does not show trash schedule for 2025 and hasn’t for at least 6 months.
Notifications are gone.
The app no longer provides notifications of pick up dates. Also, it lists my next pick up date as January 2, 2026. So it has skipped every pick up date in December 2025. Something happened during Summer 2025 that stripped out what made this app useful.
After updating it doesn’t work can’t even find address
App worked fine for years but after upgrading it completely stopped it can’t even find addresses

Trash, Recycle and Yard Waste
Great job’s The regular trash man is friendly, helpful and nice. The other ones I do not get to personally see as much. I appreciate all three crews getting their jobs done on scheduled day. If one is not seen for some reason, I know I can check in with the main office to see why. Nice knowing everyone is in the loop. Great Job.

I like this app because it reminds me of pick up days and when there’s no pick up I won’t get a notification thank you.

I like knowing when the pick up is so I can have my Cans out the day before. Now all the neighbors look and see what I’m doing. I tell them the app but it’s easier just to look across the street. L O L

I love the information about your pick up days and I have been letting my son know who doesn’t live far from me he also has the same pick up days about his yards waste the new rules that started on February 1st thanks for keeping me informed
City of Tampa is AMAZING
My girlfriend and her family live in Atlanta .. she says they pick up trash when they feel like it there.

Not 100 percent
This apps reminders are sporadic and seem to be human driven since the automatic push notifications may work and they may not. But they especially don’t work when there is a holiday. Yes I can go into the app and check but I can do that on the website so it defeats the entire purpose of this app. I did a check to see if the push notifications went out last night. I did not get one. More headache than just remembering the dates and taking the L when you miss.
