The SMILE app, introduced as a digital solution to streamline teacher attendance still falls short of providing a smooth and reliable user experience. Despite several rounds of upgrades and technical improvements, the app continues to be noticeably sluggish. Basic functions such as logging in or marking attendance often require multiple attempts, causing unnecessary delay and frustration for teachers who are simply trying to complete a routine task.
A persistent problem is the app’s inaccurate location detection. Even when users are clearly within the school premises, the app frequently displays the message “You are out of radius”, preventing successful attendance capture. This not only undermines the purpose of the app but also disrupts teachers’ schedules.
Overall, the app lacks efficiency and reliability.

Can’t login with my email
It’s been several days facing an issues on this apps trying to login with my email as well as phone number but failed. I even changed my login password but still unable to success.
Though I gave attendance everyday on an app however I cannot confirm it due to login issue. Now it the message appears on my phone the your attendance is low.
