TAMS Tour

TAMS Tour is the mobile companion app for TAMS/FAMS facility management customers. It is designed for staff who perform scheduled shift tours and record readings at control points throughout a facility. How It Works Log in, select a route, and complete each control point in order. At every stop, enter the required reading, such as a numeric value or an on/off status. TAMS Tour checks each reading against its configured limits in real time. Readings that fall outside the acceptable range are flagged immediately. Once the completed route is uploaded, the TAMS/FAMS web platform can automatically create a corrective work order, eliminating the need for a separate reporting step. Built for the Field • Routes can be scheduled daily or on specific weekdays, with a Today filter that displays only the routes currently due. • Readings are saved locally as you work and can be uploaded when ready, allowing tours to continue even when network connectivity is limited. • Routes and control points synchronize automatically whenever the app is opened, so users do not need to reactivate the site when schedules or control points are updated. • GPS coordinates are captured with each reading for verification. • Multi-site support allows teams to work across multiple facilities. • A built-in SOS button allows staff to report an on-site emergency. Requirements TAMS Tour requires an active TAMS/FAMS account and site activation from your facility administrator. TAMS Tour is not a standalone application. It serves as the mobile field data collection tool for your organization’s existing TAMS/FAMS deployment.
