No file system or share capability
I downloaded this this morning. The first thing I did was to scan a recipe. It was excellent. However, the interface simply shows the six functions on its home screen. The recipe I just scanned is in the history but there is no way to file it or put it into a folder. So, if you want to copy the text, it only takes one paragraph for sentence at a time, there is no ‘select all-copy.’ The app seems to have great features but then the content stored has no filing structure around it. I would love to be wrong. The pictures in the App Store look more varied than the version that I have that has one simple homepage showing six icons representing six functions.

Pointless
Cool looking app but its only good for small notes. If you out any media in it, it just goes to those apps. Try to snap a picture it just puts in in you camera reel and you can’t view through Tana. So whats the point. And the fact that there isn’t an Ipad app makes it pretty much useless. Thank god its free

Great app
Love the app but one very important thing is missing . I can’t view items atm. I tapped history and the send button but I can’t immediately check or listen to what I just added . Please help
Not secure & No iPadOS app
This would be a perfect app if it had encryption (end-to-end) and an iPad and Mac option. iPad at least. For this to be useful (for me anyway) it would need to have the option to encrypt everything seeing as it would be an all in one app for transcripts of interviews, meetings, voice memos, and numerous other important information. I really wish the developers could make this happen because the app could be very useful.

Superb for such a new tool
I’ve been using Tana capture for voice memos which are automatically transcribed and summarized. It’s been a great addition to my workflow and I’m looking forward to seeing what becomes available next.
One less app to build.
What can I say (in my first App Store feedback ever); Tana is the app I always dreamed of having spare time to build. Glad I can channel that energy elsewhere now (with Tana’s help!!) — and can’t wait for the whole world to know about Tana ❤️

Talk and transcribe??
The listed feature set, and a key example image in the store here, strongly imply that this app includes speech-to-text transcription baked in. This was the key feature I am looking for. All that I can see in my first use, is a basic voice recorder. Where is the ‘transcribe’ feature? Very misleading marketing, in my opinion.

Tana is a great system
This app brings wonderful features to quickly take notes. But why Lock Screen widgets and not Home Screen widgets? Seems unsafe to have them on Lock Screen where anyone can add things not verified to be the proper user (ie pin fingerprint or Face ID)
So far it's a winner
I love Tana and this companion app to quickly capture data for my desktop webapp. Keep them coming, Olav and Tana team.
Account disabled by administrator
Same issue as reported by other users - authenticated via Apple account. Re logged in today and get account disabled by administrator. 1 star and uninstalled.

User account deleted by admin..?
Just downloaded after seeing a recommendation on Mastodon from a friend and installed. Used my Apple ID as sign in and all ok. Just went in too app again too give it a try and nope it kept closing app with pop-up with “user account deleted by admin”..? I’m confused. Great start for a new app. Ahh well no biggie deleted and move on.
