DISCOVER AT YOUR OWN PACE Browse a curated directory based on official U.S. Social Security Administration Top 100 baby-name data for 2020–2025, with a link to the source. Search names, hear pronunciations, and filter by gender, length, year, and SSA rank. React naturally as you browse: • Love — a name you would be happy to choose • Later — worth another look • Pass — not for you • Undo — change your last decision Your browsing can continue offline, with supported changes syncing when connectivity returns. CHOOSE PRIVATELY, TOGETHER Invite one partner with a private, single-use invitation that expires after 48 hours. Share it as a link, six-character code, or QR code. Your individual choices stay private. Tandem Names reveals a match only when you both independently choose the same name. From there, build a shared shortlist while keeping your personal notes private. DECISION STUDIO When a shortlist becomes hard to narrow down, Decision Studio gives the conversation some structure. Compare names head-to-head, then independently score finalists from 1 to 5. Scores remain private until both partners finish. Results are then revealed together so you can agree on a finalist and up to two backup names. FAMILY FEEDBACK, ON YOUR TERMS With Premium, you can create a temporary family-feedback link that expires after seven days. Family members can respond on the web without joining your private partner workspace, and you can revoke the link when you are done. PRIVACY BY DESIGN You can begin anonymously. Sign in with Apple and email one-time-code sign-in are also supported. Tandem Names is designed around a private two-person naming process. You can disconnect a partner, revoke active sharing links, export your data, and delete your account from within the app. Tandem Names does not use AI to choose a baby's name and does not promise that any name is the right one.
