Great inspiration
I like this repository, it’s is full of patterns for use or practice. Great inspiration, patterns and tangles you van build on.
Lovely
All my life, I’ve wished I could draw. My job (my joy) is making art with all the different media available. But I need to use someone else’s artwork and my light box to do so. I LOVE tangles—I can draw with them. This is a grand book of tangles. I use it often—not for commercial work, obviously, but for self fulfillment.

Wow! This is a must get
Love Sandy’s books and this app is a great way to save money instead of buying the cards. The tangles are very inspiring. After playing around with a few of them, I was able to go in completely different directions. The step outs were clear and very well done done, she really paid attention to every detail, the shading was on point. If you’re looking for a Zentangle app that will get your creative juices flowing and is well made, this is the app for you. I have them all, and this is the best. If only I could add out add outside tangles, then it it would be perfect.

Don’t bother buying this ..
It’s highly unimpressive and stingy on the patterns. If you want to learn patterns, just use pinterest or instagram.
Not Worth the $$
Out of the mere 40 designs, some are not even tangles (Portia, Twiggy for example). Very disappointed in the quantity and the lack of complexity of the designs.

Completely worthless. Only 40 patterns in this app. Don't bother - it's a waste of your money.
Not as good as it could be
It has plenty of nice examples. However the guides come up short on steps. If all you need for inspiration is seeing example this should work, but if you want to be shown step by step the whole example don't count on this. Additional examples can be purchased and at this time total $12 dollars.

This is a great arena to learn and practice any and all tangles. I truly hope the library grows and grows
Not worth the price
I wish I had read the reviews first. I don't normally write negative reviews but I really expected more zantangles for the price! Very expensive app for 40 examples, many of which aren't really zentangles (eg. Portia??)
Love the variety and portability!
I'm a huge fan of the Zen Tangle books by Sandy Steen Bartholomew. This take the tangles on the go with me. I always have a small notebook and little pack of pens in my purse. I consult the app with the various tangles and step-by-step instructions to get inspiration. I purchased an additional add-on and it integrates perfectly with the original app, listed alphabetically by tangle name. Great value!

Great tangles... Even greater tangling resource!
I have a number of Sandy B's books but I love this app even more as it's always with me on my phone and iPad. If you enjoy tangling anywhere, this is a must-buy for portable inspiration and instructions. Only wish you could pay only once (at a higher rate) and get an "all tangles" version. In-app purchases annoy me.

This app is cool but not the best. I definitely feel cheated of $5. I feel like .99 would have been a better price for this app. For several reasons.
1. Once you buy the app you only get about 20 free patterns, after that you have to buy them which stinks since you've a learnt bought the app.
2. The set up isn't as nice as other zentangle apps I've seen.
Overall good app, especially if you A) don't want a lot of patterns or B) if you are committed enough to actually buy the others.

So well organized & convenient
This puts the contents of the books & more right at my fingertips. The sort & filter features are so helpful.

Love this app! I bought the alphabet pack and those tangles are great, too. Would love to see updates adding more tangles periodically.
Great for new tangles ideas
I would like to see more steps for each tangle. Maybe even some color. I'd like to see more than just the constructing of the doodle itself, like how I can grow on that tangle. I need to see it in a bigger picture, to see how I can use it on my own pages.
Just what I need!
I'm new to zentangles and sometimes when I'm away from home I'm looking to remember some of the zts ... this perfectly fits my needs and is a lot easier than trying to get ideas online. Thank you!

This app has it all. It has a wide variety of patterns and the step outs are very clear and well done. This is one of my favorite resources.
