Wordy and not intuitive
This game is okay - I love the art style but it’s not very fun. You come across a lot of objects but you don’t really have an inventory and you can’t use the items you get. Lots of dialogue and rooms, and you have to essentially click on every square inch of the screen to see if every single object in the room is useful. I couldn’t finish it

Mein absolutes Lieblingsspiel!!
Ich habe dieses Spiel jetzt schon das 5. Mal durchgespielt weil es so fantastisch ist! Die Musik, die Graphik, das Design,die Charaktere, die Rätzel, die Story,die Animation und die Details, einfach alles ist perfekt. Es ist mein Absolutes Lieblingsspiel! Ich empfehle es für jeden! Unübertrefflich!

This game has tons of characters with different hobbies and personalities that fit perfectly with the storyline! Sally and detective Grimoire are both very funny and also mysterious! The story itself is very interesting and there is a massive build up to find the murderer. Some characters seem kind at first, but once you get to know them they are completely different! The relief you feel when you finally solve a puzzle is immense! It’s also quite ‘moreish’ and addictive to play!
Overall the game is fantastic, and I hope to see more stories come out soon!

I love this game, it has suck unique features and I love the ending. I would like to see where this series goes and I will definitely continue to buy and play this game. Thanks for making this a fun interactive experience. 😁
Intriguing!
This game is absolutely brilliant - the storyline is really well thought out and the characters are very good and quite comedic at times. There is so much to explore in Tangle Tower - so many rooms! And the mystery itself is really, really great. Very mysterious and fun. I definitely recommend this game, and it is 100% worth the money. Thank you, Developers!

A great time
Love the full voice acting, animations, and attention to detail in the art. It feels like to be rewarded for paying attention to the little details, and the puzzles were all genuinely fun and interesting to play through.

I basically never write reviews, but this was such a gem. In a world of cash grab mobile games, tangle tower stands out for its authenticity: the ART is beautiful the MUSIC is beautiful, the GAMEPLAY is fun, the STORY’s compelling, the CHARACTERS are unique and full of life… etc etc etc. Wonderful experience

I love this game I started it years ago when it was apart of Apple Arcade and LOVED it so I bought it once it came out on its own about to buy the older grimoire tale and I’m so excited I NEED more

Worth the Journey
The art, investigation and world-building is what I was incredibly happy to spend my money on. There were so many amazing points in the story that when I realized the game was wrapping up, I was shocked - a bunch of small plot threads were left hanging and I was left feeling disappointed with how rushed it was and the confession felt more like an info dump that didn’t really answer the questions I wanted to know the answers to the most.
SPOILER QUESTIONS: What was with the love triangle? And the weird rose petal note? All we got was that it was a red herring in the gallery notes, but why? Where did the red “paint” originate from? What was up with the three sets of notes/symbols? Why was the feather in the incinerator? What was up with the broken bars in the roof garden? Why were the Hawkshaw drawings and the photo of Freya’s painting in her room? What was even up with that painting? Who left that clue in the garden? I probably have 20 more questions tbh.

my favourite game on mobile
I instantly got hooked on this game and ended up accidentally finishing the entire thing in one night. I'm currently on my second playthrough several years later and having just as much fun. I really love the writing and puzzles, it's overall such a fun experience.

Nothing is wrong with this game. Music, perfect. Voices, perfect. Art, perfect. The plot is fantastic, and I didn’t expect it AT ALL. I need a sequel. Maybe where they find where Penelope went, or find the missing five. Maybe even capture the mystids that got loose.
This is me, two years later. I played the demo for The Mermaid Mask, which is the sequel, and I’m already loving it. The characters have the same vibe, ( Sally still is my favorite ), and I love the 3D interaction with clues that wasn’t there in TT. I really hope this game comes out soon so I can play it for three days straight. Also, at the end of the demo, I tried to leave the room, and Grimoire said “it seems we can’t leave this room, it’s the end of the demo”. Made me chuckle, it was a good time to break the fourth wall.

IM ADDICTED
This game is my favorite thing EVER!!! the characters are pure GOLD and the story is awesome (I didn’t get it the first time, but after replaying, it was even better then before!). I’ve finished it around 5 times and my fav characters are Freya and Penny. For all my tangle tower fans, the demo for the second game is out, and if you haven’t played, DO IT!!! IT’S AWESOME!!!!

몇년전 플레이하고 다시하고싶어서 구매
몇년전에 애플아케이드 구독하면 플레이 가능했었는데 다시 하려고보니 빠졌더라구요 너무하고싶어서 구매해서 다시 플레이 했을만큼 재밌는 게입니다. 특유의 묘한 그림체와 스토리가 주는 분위기가 정말 취향저격입니다.

Просто потрясающая игра по всем параметрам: сюжет, головоломки, музыка. Я уже проходила её в 2023 где-то, но решила пройти еще раз, и это оказалось лучшим решением, потому что я полностью забыла сюжет, помнила только какие-то локации и то, исключительно визуально. И это были самые приятные и насыщенные несколько часов моей игровой жизни! Спасибо создателям!
